Bathroom Renovation
This main bathroom was in need of a functional makeover for a family of four. The space was demolished and re-built to accommodate the family’s needs and style. His and hers sinks were added, new Energy Star window, additional electrical outlets, a new cultured marble shower surround, new plumbing fixtures, elongated toilet, exhaust fan, a built in flush linen tower, and a solid surface countertop. The white high gloss cabinetry combined with the bold paint colour and chrome accents gives this new space a simple, sleek elegance. The solid wood, certified environmentally cabinetry and sustainable materials also gives this project our green balance stamp.
The Mackenzie
When you walk through the front door of this 1900+ square foot bungalow you are encircled by the large open concept great room, kitchen and breakfast nook with large bay windows. The dramatic chocolate brown cathedral ceiling accented by crown moulding and lighting bounces off the silky white kitchen cabinets to create the ultimate balance. The warm natural light mixed with the gorgeous view of the ample landscape allows you to relax in this space. The home features a large master bedroom and ensuite with his and hers sinks, Jacuzzi tub and shower, two bedrooms, three piece bath, main floor laundry room and separate mud room, and home office/den.
Seaway Centre, Sarnia
This out of date bathroom was completely re built. We exposed the space down to the concrete walls to re build what now resembles the clients oasis. New drywall, cement board, electrical, sleek chrome plumbing fixtures, a modern light fixture, contemporary vanity with ample storage, gorgeous off white tile, a new satin white soaker tub with a cultured marble surround, along with the lustrous quartz countertop bring elegance as well as function to this new space. The extra deep and wide sink, combined with the tall, pull out chrome faucet allows the client to bathe their precious dogs in the comfort of their own spa retreat. Sustainable cabinets, marble, quartz, natural paint, low flush toilet, and eco label tiles give this project our green balance stamp.
The Elizabeth
This 1700+ square foot bungalow welcomes you into the front foyer with cathedral ceilings and offers you a view of the gorgeous rear landscape through windows on either side of the fireplace. The main floor features an open concept kitchen and eat in area, great room, master bedroom, ensuite with his and hers sinks, walk in closet, over sized shower, three piece bath and laundry, all with 9’ ceilings. The lower level features a three piece bath, bedroom and large great room.
