Kitchen Renovation #210, Sarnia

small_web_imageThis dated kitchen was in need of an update.  Part of the bulkhead was removed to open the kitchen into the dinette, appliances and plumbing were re located, new under cabinet lighting was installed, new sustainable cabinets with dovetail drawer boxes, a lustrous sustainable quartz countetop, granite sink, and light fixtures give this space ultimate durability, functionality and a timeless appearance.  The space now functions for a family of five, and is a warm place where they can gather to create memories.

The existing cabinets, sink & faucet, and light fixtures were donated to a local organization to minimize the waste from this project.  The existing appliances were relocated and reused by the client.  Environmentally friendly cabinetry, sustainable countertop, eco finishes and zero VOC paint were used to give this project our green balance stamp.

Kitchen Renovation #204, Sarnia

This older home with it's original kitchen, needed a new look as well as new materials. The plaster walls were demolished and replaced with new drywall. New electrical and plumbing lines were installed to accomodate the new appliances and locations, as well as under cabinet lighting. New spacious cabinets were installed with the radiant Cambria quartz countertop to make this space functional, durable, maintenance free and timeless. The clients existing materials were donated, and environmentally friendly building materials, paint and finishes were used to give this project our green balance stamp.
