At Nordell Design/Build, every project is designed and built with our Green Balance Program.
Our Green Balance Program is a promise to our clients, that we will take the highest level of care regarding the environment while building your dream home, or renovating your existing space.
The program ensures our clients, our employees and trades that we use the best environmentally friendly materials on our projects. Materials that are safe, do not off gas chemicals into your air, and provide ultimate durability to last a lifetime.
- We use only the safest and most sustainable products
- Donate all left over materials to local schools and programs
- Donate existing appliances and fixtures to local organizations to ensure that we have less impact on our environment, and less waste in our landfills.
- We also recycle all unusable materials, cardboard, plastic and glass on our job sites.
